Please note the following issues:

  • Duplicate tickets: It happens that some tickets are displayed multiple times. We are working to remove these duplicates.
  • Invalid ticket categories: In some cases, tickets are displayed that are not eligible for digital ticketing. Please do not use these tickets on match day as entry has not been tested. Only day tickets and season tickets are valid as digital tickets.
  • Undelivered Tickets: There are reports of tickets not appearing in the app.
Check your WirLilien app before you travel to the stadium. If your ticket is not displayed, please use alternative methods such as your analogue season ticket or Print@Home.

Make sure you are logged in to the correct WirLilien account. If you are still missing tickets, please contact meinsvd@sv98.de.

Please note that newly purchased tickets are not always immediately available in the app.
