In addition, Lilien goalkeeper Til Rohde saved a penalty shortly before the final whistle. Due to a traffic delay for the referee team, the match didn't kick off until 4:00pm.
Analysis: Not compelling enough
An early goal from Moussa Sylla ultimately decided the Lilies' clash with in-form FC Schalke 04. While the South Hesse side were otherwise solid defensively, they lacked the cutting edge and decisive attacking skills.
