The German Football League (DFL) announced the exact times for the remaining matchdays on Friday afternoon (March 27). The home game on matchday 31 against SV Elversberg will take place on Saturday evening (April 25) at 8:30pm. This will be followed by two away games against Karlsruher SC (May 3) and Preußen Münster (May 10), both at 1:30pm. On the final matchday, Darmstadt will host SC Paderborn at the Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor at 3:30pm. (May 17).
On matchday 31, SV Darmstadt 98 will play their seventh home game of the season, with kickoff at 8:30pm. This will be followed by two away games, both on Sundays at 1:30pm. As usual, all matches on the final matchday will be played simultaneously – also on a Sunday at 3:30pm.

The worst fears have been confirmed: Luca Marseiler suffered a torn cruciate ligament in the home match against FC Schalke 04. The 29-year-old sustained the injury in the 23rd minute without any contact from an opponent. Marseiler will be sidelined for several months. Patric Pfeiffer has been called up to the Ghanaian national team for the first time. The 26-year-old central defender is in the squad for the upcoming friendlies, in which Ghana will first face Austria on Friday (March 27th/6pm) and then Germany on Monday (March 30th/8:45pm).
