We asked the railway about the possibility of a relief train. Unfortunately the railway cannot offer this to us. However, we recommend the regular connection with increased capacity, which starts at 12.38pm from Darmstadt main station and arrives at Mainz main station at 1.11pm. For the return journey we recommend the also increased connection from Mainz main station at 6.22pm. Arrival in Darmstadt is scheduled for 6:50pm. The railway is increasing train capacity for both connections.

Further important information: In order to be able to use your admission ticket as a train ticket, you must enter the ticket number free of charge on a homepage to activate the combination ticket. You can find more information about traveling by public transport below.

First of all: Unfortunately, the railway cannot provide us with a relief train. We requested that accordingly.

Opposition Check: SpVgg Greuther Fürth

It was the sixth matchday of the 2017/18 season, a sunny Sunday in September, and the second division fixture between SpVgg Greuther Fürth and Fortuna Düsseldorf was on the schedule. With Florian Neuhaus, Friedhelm Funkel, and Serdar Dursun on or off the pitch, the duel ended 3-1 for Fürth – thanks in part to a brace from Dursun. At first glance, probably just a typical second division victory. But historically significant and unforgettable for everyone in Fürth.
