Fan Information – Paderborn (A)

On Sunday (11.08/1.30 pm) SV Darmstadt 98 will be guests at SC Paderborn and will play their first away game of the new season. You can find all the important information for your visit to the stadium here. For spontaneous Lilien fans: There will be a box office in Paderborn.

Arrival/Parking

For your SAT-NAV: Wilfried-Finke-Allee 1, 33104 Paderborn.

By car/bus:
From the Brilon A44 junction and the Bielefeld A2 junction, take the A33 towards Paderborn. Please be sure to leave the A33 at the Paderborn-Elsen exit. After the exit, take the B1 towards Detmold/Bad Lippspringe. Pass the roundabout there and then after approx. 300m leave the B1 via the Home Deluxe Arena exit, here you will reach the P1 car park in two lanes, this car park is free. If there is sufficient capacity, the bus will be routed to the guest bus parking lot. The instructions of the security service must be followed.

Guest bus parking:
Use the directions listed above. Fan buses will be directed to the fenced guest bus parking lot by the security service. Guest buses park for free in Paderborn.

Alternative parking spaces for cars:
If the P1 parking lot is full, you will be redirected to the Nixdorf Park & ​​Ride parking lot. There is a shuttle service between the parking lot and the arena. This runs every five minutes. The Park & ​​Ride parking lot must have a navigation-compatible address: Riemekestrasse 160, 33106 Paderborn. This parking lot is also free.

By train/public transport:
From the main train station you can get to the Home Deluxe Arena by bus lines 4 and 6. The exit station is the Arena/Alme Aue stop. The stadium can be reached in a minute’s walk from the bus stop. On match days you can take the shuttle buses provided directly to the stadium. The buses run at regular intervals from the main train station to the Home Deluxe Arena. Stadium

Stadium opening times: The stadium opens 90 minutes before the start of the game.

Guest box office opening times: This also opens 90 minutes before the start of the game. IMPORTANT: A daily box office surcharge of €2.00 per ticket will be charged at the box office. Attention: Only cashless payment is possible!

  • For discounted tickets, proof of discount must be presented at access control. If there is no proof of discount, the admission ticket must be upgraded!
  • Power banks/extra batteries are not permitted in the Home Deluxe Arena and must be handed in at the entrance.

Catering: At all refreshment stands you can only pay cashless and contactless with the Girocard, all common debit and credit cards as well as with a smartphone or smartwatch via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

At the beginning of the 2024/2025 season, the protection concept “Where to go to Panama?” started. If you or someone around you needs support or help, you can contact the staff at the refreshment stand, the security service or by telephone with the sentence/code “Where are you going to Panama? report. There is emergency care on site from the medical service. Due to the separation of sectors, people are picked up from the guest area and accompanied to a shelter.

The following fan materials are permitted:

  • Small swivel flags up to 2.00 m pole length with empty plastic tube.
  • 5 large swivel flags over 2.00 m pole length with empty plastic tube.
  • 10 double holders up to 2.00 m pole length with plastic empty tube.
  • Fence flags (attaching fence flags is permitted to the advertising-free parapet).
  • 5 drums (visible).
  • 3 megaphones (replacement batteries must be handed in to the head of the security service – exchange takes place 1:1).
  • Cameras/digital cameras (for non-commercial use).

The following are not permitted:

  • Block flags.
  • Sticker.
  • Backpacks, drinks and snacks that you bring with you (backpacks can be left free of charge at the guest entrance, are supervised during the game and can be picked up again after the end of the game. No liability is assumed. There is only a limited drop-off option on site. Please leave bags/backpacks inside bus/car).
  • Walking aids.
  • Pyrotechnics

Further information:

  • Due to the special design of the stadium here in Paderborn, all blocks are filled via stairs from below.
  • The stairs to the blocks and the steps marked in yellow must be kept clear at all times, i.e. before, during and after the game. Standing or occupying the stairs is prohibited. The security service is required to intervene in the event of violations and to clear the necessary escape routes.
  • Attaching fence flags is permitted to the advertising-free parapet. Overhanging the LED boards or attaching them to the breakwaters is not permitted.
