The home team had their first good opportunity shortly after kick-off, but Schuhen was equal to it. The Lilies then took command and established themselves in the opponent’s half. The ball went into the net for the first time in the 15th minute: Mehlem finished in a central position on the edge of the penalty area, and the captain sank the ball flat into the corner. Ten minutes later Mehlem scored again after Will had won the ball and rounded several opponents. In front of the goal, he passed it to his teammate, who only had to hit the empty goal.
