Ticket black market

The German Football Association (DFB) emphasises that cards issued in accordance with paragraph 8.2 the General Ticket Terms and Conditions that have been improperly passed on, tickets may be blocked, and the ticket holder may be denied access to the stadium without compensation or expelled from the stadium.

Tickets for DFB international matches and DFB Cup finals are sold exclusively for private, non-commercial use; any commercial or industrial resale of the tickets is prohibited.

The customer is specifically prohibited from offering and/or selling tickets for sale publicly, especially at auctions or online (e.g., on eBay, eBay classifieds) and/or on sales platforms not authorised by the DFB (e.g., viagogo, seatwave, StubHub, etc.).

To prevent violence and criminal offenses in connection with attending the respective event, to enforce stadium bans, to separate fans of the opposing teams, to prevent the resale of tickets at inflated prices, in particular to avoid ticket speculation, and to maintain the pricing structure developed by the DFB, also taking into account fan concerns and social aspects, it is in the interest of the DFB and the safety of spectators to restrict the transfer of tickets.

The DFB once again warns every fan against purchasing tickets from unauthorised providers.
