42 of the 48 teams have already qualified for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. While other nations are still fighting for the remaining spots, teams that have already qualified, such as Ghana, are using the international break to further hone their skills and solidify their tactics in friendly matches roughly two and a half months before the tournament begins. Patric Pfeiffer is also part of the Ghanaian national team squad. This is the first call-up for the player born in 1998. If he plays, the Darmstadt 98 centre-back would make his debut. Ghana will face Austria at 6pm this coming Friday (March 27) at the Ernst Happel Stadium in Vienna. The match will be streamed on DAZN.
Just three days later, on Monday (March 30) at 8:45pm, the next friendly match follows. Pfeiffer and his teammates will take on the German national team at the MHP Arena. The match will be broadcast on ARD (Das Erste).
