The new jerseys – presented by fans for fans!

For the first time, SV 98 almost completely forewent the integration of players from the professional team during the presentation. Instead, the fans should deliberately be the focus of the jersey campaign. The supporters were visited and photographed at home or in places that are important to them. Whether at the hairdresser, in the party room at home or on a caravan trip: the main thing is authenticity. Otherwise the fans flock to the Bölle, this time the club comes to the fans with the jersey.

Martin Kowalewski, Managing Director of Marketing & Sales: “We want to be courageous and always break new ground. This is also reflected in this year’s jersey campaign. It was important to us to set new accents in both the design of the jersey and the way it was presented. And what makes more sense than having the jerseys presented by people who have always had the Lily in their hearts? Each motif tells its own story. Tells about people who let us into their sacred four walls or other places special to them. It was important to us to represent a cross-section of the fan scene and to represent supporters from all areas of the stands.”

Visually, the minimalist horizontal stripes are what define the style of this year’s home and away jerseys. The jerseys were once again produced this year by outfitter CRAFT. While the home jersey has a white round collar and white sleeve bars, the away jerseys are blue. The jerseys are now available online and in the three fan shops at a price of 74.98 euros.
