On Sunday (August 4th/1:30pm) SV Darmstadt 98 welcomes the Fortuna Düsseldorf team and asks you to pay attention to the following information.

Fundamentally important for everyone:

  • The game is sold out. It may be possible to purchase remaining tickets via the ticket exchange.
  • Away fans (blocks X1, X2 and Y) must use the north-east entrance (Böllenfalltorweg).
  • Due to the restrictions on tram traffic, HEAG mobilo asks you to switch to the buses that are provided for this purpose.
  • Additional bicycle parking spaces at TEC Darmstadt on Traisaer Straße

Stadium opening and kick-off time

The game starts at 1:30pm, and the stadium opens 90 minutes beforehand.

The parking garage for visiting fans opens at 10:30am.

Arrival/Parking/Departure

If possible, SV 98 asks all Lilien fans to come to the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor early and by public transport, on foot or by bike. The journey with the RMV is included in the ticket price.

For drivers from the surrounding area, it is advisable to go to parking garages or parking spaces in the city center or neighboring towns and then take the bus or train from there.

In addition to the parking spaces at the Böllenfalltorhalle, cyclists have also been able to use other parking spaces on Traiser Straße since April, which are made available in cooperation with TEC Darmstadt.

Stadium Plan

Entry situation

The stadium has four entrances, which are divided into home and away areas:

  • Home area (north, south and main stand as well as back straight): Access via the south-west (Lilienschänke), north-west (Karl-Hess-Platz) and south-east (Traisaer Straße) entrances.
  • Guest block (X1 & X2 and Y): Only access via the north-east entrance (Böllenfalltorweg)
  • VIP guests: Access via the separate north-west entrance (Karl-Hess-Platz)

Guest Fans

Arrival: Please pay attention to the detailed information here.

Overview:

  • Coaches: Parking lot P7 via Klappacher Straße/Böllenfalltorweg
  • Minibuses (up to 2m high) and cars: Parking garage P8 via Heinrichstraße/Eugen-Kogon-Straße - The parking garage for away fans opens at 10.30am
  • Coaches should contact our fan support team in advance for directions.

Refrain from throwing cups!

During the last season we noticed an increase in the throwing of cups and as a result we not only received penalties from the DFB sports court for this, but also had to issue numerous nationwide stadium bans.

Please refrain from throwing objects! You are endangering other people and committing dangerous bodily harm in accordance with Section 224 of the Criminal Code. It doesn’t matter whether someone is actually hit and injured with the cup.

Cannabis consumption remains prohibited

The consumption of cannabis is still prohibited based on the current law (ban in sports facilities).

Thematic area full standing room blocks

For this game, too, it is to be expected that the standing areas will be almost completely filled to capacity. SV 98 therefore asks all fans to arrive early and to occupy seats as far away from the stairs and block entrances as possible from the moment the stadium opens. Under no circumstances should fans stand on the stairs or directly in the entrance. As a result, your friends in your block may not be able to get into the stands or, regardless of medical service operations, not be able to leave them without worry. It only works together!

Experience has shown that there are still gaps, particularly in the lower rows or the outer areas of the blocks, while there is a build-up at the block entrance at the start of the game. Furthermore, fewer standing room tickets were sold than would have been permitted. Nevertheless, everyone’s support is needed to ensure a pleasant stay for all fans.

Weather

It is expected to be around 24 degrees with cloudy skies. The chance of rain is 30 percent.
