Anne Baumann is now a member of the Supervisory Board of the German Football League (DFL). Baumann, who serves as a member of the Executive Committee for Finance at SV 98, was unanimously appointed to the board by representatives of the 2. Bundesliga at the DFL General Assembly (September 3rd).
The Darmstadt native succeeds Rüdiger Fritsch, who served on the DFL Supervisory Board for the past three years and is also stepping down from the DFL board following his decision not to run for another term as Lilien’s club president.
Anne Baumann: „I would like to thank the club representatives for their trust. I am excited about my work in the DFL and look forward to new perspectives, which will certainly also benefit my work at SV 98. At the same time, it is also my goal to incorporate my values and approaches into the committee work and to further develop the organisation within my area of responsibility.“
Baumann has been a member of the SV 98 Executive Committee since 2008 and is responsible for finance.
