By coach:
Coaches park in the coach parking area in the south section of the Volkswagen Arena. The coach parking area is located directly at the away fans‘ entrance. Access is via the B188 (Oebisfelder Straße) and the VW-Wache Ost exit. Please note that crossing the Carl-Hahn-Brücke (formerly Berliner Brücke) is prohibited for vehicles over 7.5 tons. Compliance is monitored by fixed speed cameras.

Since November 1, 2022, vehicles over 7.5 tons are no longer permitted to cross the Berliner Brücke (Berlin Bridge)! Access via the B188 is strongly recommended.

Park & Ride:
Coming from the A39 (Weyhausen exit), the Kästorf Park & Ride car park (3,200 parking spaces) is a convenient option, with shuttle buses running regularly to the Volkswagen Arena. Season ticket holders can use the Park & Ride free of charge. Those purchasing a day ticket for the men’s home games need a valid WVG day or month ticket, or a DeutschlandTicket, to use the Park & Ride. The walk to the arena from the car park takes approximately 15 minutes. Depending on demand, two to three shuttle buses will operate on match days starting 2.25 hours before kickoff, departing every ten minutes. The journey takes approximately 5 minutes. After the final whistle, buses will depart from the bus stop at Berliner Brücke to the Park & Ride car park as soon as they are full. The last bus departs approximately 45 minutes after the final whistle.

Parking is available at the Arena’s P-Parking Zone (parking permit required!). Parking permits can be requested by presenting your disability ID card at service@vfl-wolfsburg.de. Permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

Train/Public Transport:
We recommend that fans traveling by train get off at Wolfsburg Central Station and walk to the Volkswagen Arena (approx. 15 minutes on foot). Go to the main entrance and then turn left (east). Police officers will be happy to direct you. A shuttle service is not available.
Stadium Opening: The away section opens on Friday 90 minutes before kickoff, at 5:00 PM.
Ticket Office: A ticket office will be open for those deciding to attend at the last minute. The registration desk is also located there (between the away and away South-East entrances, next to Marathon Gate 3). Away sections are: Blocks 29, 33, and 35.
Bag Check: This is available at the away entrances and costs €5 (card payment only).
Fan Bags: Small bags (e.g., small shoulder bags, max. A4 size) are permitted inside the stadium.
Power Banks: Small power banks (max. hand size) are permitted inside the stadium.
Medical Aids: These are only permitted in the seating areas.
Drinks: According to stadium regulations, it is not permitted to bring drinks into the Volkswagen Arena. The exception is non-alcoholic beverages in Tetra Paks up to 0.5L for children up to 10 years old (one per child).
Alcohol: There is no legal blood alcohol limit at the Volkswagen Arena; however, visibly intoxicated fans will be refused entry by security. Beer will be served in the away section.
Cannabis: Possession and consumption of cannabis and cannabis products are prohibited. Security cannot confiscate them.
Fan materials: Choreography materials, flags with poles longer than 2 metres, drums, megaphones, banners, and signs may only be brought into the stadium via the designated material checkpoint at the away entrance.

Three home games, three chances to get tickets: On Wednesday, September 16th, at 12 noon, the members' presale for Darmstadt 98's October home games begins. The presale covers the matches against Energie Cottbus (October 10th), FC St. Pauli (October 23rd), and 1. FC Magdeburg (October 31st). Each member can purchase up to four tickets per game.
Construction of the new functional building at the Merck youth performance center of SV Darmstadt 98 is complete. With the two-story modular building, the club is improving the infrastructure for its youth players, coaches, and staff at Kastanienallee.
SV Darmstadt 98's U21 team lost their home game against FC Turabdin-Babylon 3-2 despite leading 1-0 at the break. After a comfortable 2-0 lead, the Lilies were reduced to ten men following a red card and ultimately let the game slip away.
Good news for everyone who wants to participate in the Lilien Team Marathon – presented by CRAFT DA: The registration deadline has been extended to September 20, 2026. The second edition of the running event, organised by SV Darmstadt 98, will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026. At the Lilien Team Marathon, running enthusiasts and beginners alike can complete a marathon or half-marathon distance together with friends, colleagues, or family.
This season, Darmstadt 98 fans will once again be doubly rewarded for every home goal scored by their team. In addition to the joy and excitement of celebrating each goal, supporters will also receive 98 litres of Krombacher Pilsner for every goal scored at the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor.
SV 98 finally secured their long-awaited victory on Friday evening. For the upcoming home match on Friday (September 11, 2026, at 6:30pm), SV 98 asks you to take note of the following information. Starting this season, we are introducing dedicated entrances for women at the west side of the stadium. Additionally, there is a "Bölle Bande" family entrance offering easier access at Karl-Hess-Platz.
