In a media session on Wednesday, Florian Kleinhansl answered reporters‘ questions. The new signing reported that he „immediately felt at home“ in Darmstadt. He added that the team, in particular, made it very easy for him to settle in quickly. The talks with the coaching staff and the way the Lilies want to play football also convinced him to make the move.

During the recent summer holidays, SV Darmstadt 98’s recreational sports camp in the Bürgerpark entered its second year. The main focus was on one thing above all: being active together and discovering new sports while having fun. Completely free from performance pressure, the children could try things out, gain new experiences, and enjoy a varied and fun-filled holiday.
In addition to football, a diverse program awaited the participants. They could try their hand at karate, flag football, and basketball, among other things. Thus, alongside the joy of movement, the emphasis was primarily on community, curiosity, and getting to know different sports.

The 5’6″ left-footer regularly makes headlines in the USL Championship with his versatility and clinical finishing, and has recently become a true game-changer.
