Last year, the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor became a huge open-air bedroom for the first time. The campaign had a serious background: In order to draw attention to the issue of homelessness in Germany and especially in the Darmstadt region, SV 98 organised an overnight stay in the stadium for a good cause. This year the event will be held again; on the night of November 1st to 2nd, the Bölle will once again become a large open-air dormitory.
For an amount of 98 euros it is possible to secure your place to sleep for a special Bölle night. The price also includes an insulation mat and a sleeping bag, which will be distributed to homeless people in the city after the event. In addition, surpluses that remain after purchasing the sleeping mats and sleeping bags are donated to institutions in Darmstadt that are active in helping the homeless.
There is also the option to take part for 49 euros. We do not provide any equipment; you must bring your own for the overnight stay. This amount will be passed on as a donation.
Due to the importance of the topic and many inquiries, this year we are also offering the opportunity to only take part in the lectures on the evening of November 1st.

Despite falling behind, Darmstadt secured their second consecutive home win! Darmstadt defeated Energie Cottbus 3-1 (1-1). The home side equalised after conceding an early goal in the four-minute period through Weißhaupt before halftime. Vukotic headed his team into the lead in the second half, before Lührs sealed the victory with the third goal. This home win brings Darmstadt's season total to seven points.
