SV 98 has prematurely extended Fabio Torsiello's contract. However, the 20-year-old attacker will wear the jersey of Alemannia Aachen next season. The Darmstadt native joins the third-division club on loan.

Therefore, we jointly decided on the contract extension and another loan move. We are convinced that Aachen offers him optimal opportunities to take the next steps. It is part of our philosophy to give young players a certain amount of time and, if necessary, to allow them to play at another club through a loan first, so that they can develop their potential to the best of their ability.“
Torsiello joined SpVgg Unterhaching on loan last January and made 17 appearances in the third division. The right-footer scored three goals and provided another assist. He also played two games in the Bayern Cup (one goal).
Torsiello joined SV 98’s youth academy in 2016 and has since progressed through various youth teams before signing a professional contract with the Lilies in December 2022.
