Arrival / Parking

Address of the guest entrance: Feldstraße 71, 20359 Hamburg.

Arrival by public transport:

The entrance to the guest block is in the immediate vicinity of the Feldstraße underground station (U3). From the South Central Station, the U3 runs every 10 minutes in the direction of Schlump-Barmbek. After about 11 minutes you will reach the Feldstraße station.

Directions from the A1/A255:

From the Centrum exit, always follow the B4 towards Altona/Centrum until you pass the stadium (Budapester Str.). At the next opportunity, turn right onto Neuer Kamp. The entrance to the guest block is behind the Jet gas station in front of the subway station.

Directions from the A7:

Exit Bahrenfeld right onto the B431 (later B4) towards Altona/Centrum. Continue onto Budapester Straße and then immediately left into Neuer Kamp street (direction Centrum/Messe CCH). The entrance to the guest block is behind the Jet gas station in front of the subway station.

Park:

Unfortunately, parking spaces are few and far between around the inner-city stadium. IMPORTANT: Due to the “Hamburger DOM” currently taking place, the Heiligengeistfeld at the stadium cannot be used as a parking lot. So you would have to look for a parking space in the area around the stadium or use a parking garage near the main train station and from there take the U3 to the Feldstraße stop (see above). A limited number of paid parking spaces are also available in the Rindermarkthalle (Neuer Kamp 31, 20359 Hamburg).

Stadium

  • The stadium opens on Sunday ONE HOUR (!) before the game starts, i.e. at 2:30pm.
  • There will also be a box office for away fans, although it is NOT located at the guest entrance. The box office can be found behind the south stand, on the other side of the stadium.
  • There will be an opportunity to leave luggage at the guest entrance. However, since capacity is limited, we recommend packing luggage in lockers at the main station or leaving it in the vehicles.
  • Access to the guest area in the north stand is between the “Feldstrasse” subway station and the Jet gas station.
  • In the stadium you can pay with cash as well as with standard cards.

  • The following materials are approved:
  • 3 x megaphones (already taken)
  • 5 x drums (already taken)
  • 10 x large swivels (longer than two meters, already taken)
  • Smaller flags (up to two meters in length) and fence flags unlimited.
  • Tape rolls
  • Set of replacement batteries for the megaphones (already assigned).

Darmstadt's 2-1 defeat at Karlsruher SC also ended any remaining theoretical hopes the South Hessian club had of finishing the season in the top three. The loss at the Wildpark stadium served somewhat as a symbol for the past few weeks, during which SV 98 had only managed one point from five matches since the international break in March. Following the game on Sunday afternoon, the Darmstadt players addressed the assembled media representatives with mixed feelings.

A bitter end in Karlsruhe: After 90 entertaining minutes in which both teams sought salvation in attack, Darmstadt suffered a narrow defeat. The final score was 2-1 after a late goal from the home side, following Isac Lidberg's earlier equaliser. After the match, the players were particularly frustrated with the missed opportunities in the first half.

Left hook, 'One hundred and eightyyyyyyy', and hand over the baton. Doesn't sound like football – and that's true. KSC is often associated with professional football, but with the sheer number of titles the club has won, it's worth looking beyond the pitch. Titles from Baden-Württemberg to Rome.
