Matchday Quote:

We are playing against a very good team. They have found their footing and bring an incredible amount of pace to the final line [...]. Furthermore, they are very difficult to press when they are at the back, and overall, they are highly versatile. Beyond all the emotion, we must also prepare—in terms of substance—for what awaits us tomorrow. We have done that, and we will continue to do so.

Opposition View

„They have a physically strong side. Given that they’ve won their last two home matches, there’s absolutely no reason for us to underestimate them. We are preparing well and believe we are capable of winning there. We’ll need physicality—that’s a trait that defines Darmstadt more than it does other teams.“ – Marcel Rapp, Head Coach of FC St. Pauli
