From now on, weddings can be tied at the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor. SV 98 and the Science City of Darmstadt have agreed that the home of the Lilies will serve as the wedding venue in the future. Civil ceremonies are now possible in the Lilies' Box in the main stand, which provides a fitting ambiance with its view of the stadium.
On Tuesday (May 6), the responsible department head, City Councilor Paul Georg Wandrey, visited the Bölle during an on-site visit and was given a tour of the main grandstand facilities by Michael Weilguny, Managing Director of SV Darmstadt 98 Stadion GmbH.
Weilguny: „We are delighted about the cooperation with the Science City of Darmstadt. We are very happy that from now on, blue and white hearts will not only beat faster at the Lilies‘ home games, but that the Bölle, as a unique wedding location, can also serve as the starting point for a life together as a couple. The Merck Stadium also offers the newlyweds an ideal venue for the subsequent celebrations. Several wedding parties have already requested dates.“

Autographs, photos, and personal encounters with the Lilies: You'll have the opportunity to do so on Thursday (May 7th) from 5pm to 6pm. As part of an autograph session presented by Merck, Patric Pfeiffer, Kai Klefisch, and Fynn Lakenmacher will be at the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor.
