With the Silver Lilies at the Rosenhöhe

On a wonderfully warm and sunny Wednesday afternoon in May, around 25 members of the SilberLilien (Silver Lilies) gathered for a special outing. Their destination was Rosenhöhe: the historic park in eastern Darmstadt that not only tells stories from past centuries but is also home to many small natural wonders. The group was led by the two people without whom the SilberLilien would not exist in this form: Chris and Bernd Hennrich. These two are not only the initiators of the SV Darmstadt 98 over-60s organisation, they are the heart and driving force behind an idea that creates solidarity, shares memories, and carries the spirit of the Lilien family far beyond the stands.

U21’s eagerly awaits the season finale

The SV Darmstadt 98 U21 team faces its final home game of the season in the LOTTO Hessenliga on Saturday (May 31st, 3pm). A hopefully exciting clash awaits the young Lilies against fourth-placed Türk Gücü Friedberg. A win could give the U21 team hope for a spot in the promotion round for the Regionalliga.

End of season sale at LOOP5 | Participants confirmed

SV Darmstadt 98 will close its fan shop in the "LOOP" shopping center on June 17th. Until then, generous discounts await you in the store. Furthermore, following the relegation thrillers between Heidenheim and Elversberg, and Braunschweig and Saarbrücken, the field of participants for the 2025/26 second division season has been determined. Under the sign of the Lily: The first half of 2025

SV Darmstadt 98 stands not only for sporting ambitions, but also for a deeply rooted sense of social responsibility. Under the motto "Under the Sign of the Lily," numerous social and sustainable projects were realised in the first half of 2025 – driven by the support of dedicated fans, the professional team, and the club's long-standing partners. The summer break offers an opportunity to reflect on an eventful first half of the year. During this period, it became clear once again that SV 98's responsibility extends far beyond the football field. Through diverse commitments, visible signs of solidarity, sustainability, and social cohesion were set.

Extension and loan: Torsiello to Aachen for one season

SV 98 has prematurely extended Fabio Torsiello's contract. However, the 20-year-old attacker will wear the jersey of Alemannia Aachen next season. The Darmstadt native joins the third-division club on loan.

Fan team makes it clear with Promotion

The SV Darmstadt 98 fan team has done it: With a convincing 4-1 home win over Spvgg. Seeheim-Jugenheim II, the "second second team" has secured promotion to the Kreisliga B, the greatest team success in its short history.

City Fanshop on the Move

SV Darmstadt 98 will offer its fans a fan shop in an even more attractive downtown location: The club is currently in advanced discussions about new premises in the pedestrian passage. In return, the fan shop at Friedensplatz will close its doors on September 30th. SV 98 will provide information on the new location shortly.

Clear home win for the U21’s

With a dominant performance and a decisive 6-0 home win against TSV Steinbach Haiger II on Sunday (May 25th), the SV Darmstadt 98 U21 team further underlined their strong season in the LOTTO Hessenliga. Read the match report here.

Professional Contracts for Arnold and Pfister

SV 98 have given professional contracts to youth players Tim Arnold and Max Pfister. The two 18-year-olds will be part of the Lilies' first team next season.

Volunteering Award 2025: Haftpflichtkasse and SV 98 honour clubs

For the third consecutive year, Haftpflichtkasse and SV Darmstadt 98 have honored four clubs with the Volunteering Award. The ceremony, including the presentation of the check, took place last Sunday (May 18) before the home game against SSV Jahn Regensburg at the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor. The joint Volunteering Award was launched in 2023 by Haftpflichtkasse and the Lilies to strengthen and promote volunteer work.
