  • Box Office: If there are still tickets available from the available guest contingent, the box office opens 90 minutes before kickoff. The ticket booths are located directly next to the guest parking lot. A €2 surcharge applies for the ticket office. Cash only is accepted at the box office.
  • Concessions: Children up to and including 14 years of age („child tickets“), young people up to the age of 18, schoolchildren (full-time only) with a valid student ID, students with a valid student ID, volunteers on a voluntary social year (FSJ), pensioners, and severely disabled people with a disability of 50% or more (50% disability). Double concessions are not granted. The day on which the event for which a ticket is purchased takes place determines the eligibility for a concession.
  • Seating: Due to the structural situation at the Donaustadion, SSV Ulm cannot offer seating for away fans.
  • Away section: Standing area Block G, with a capacity of 2,200, is available for Lilien fans. There is sufficient space for away fans in wheelchairs in front of the opposite stand. Access to the away section is only possible via P1. There is no other option.

The following fan materials are permitted:

  • Small waving flags up to 2.0 meters long with a plastic conduit
  • Waving flags over 2.0 meters long with a plastic conduit/telescopic pole
  • Double holders up to 2.0 meters long with a plastic conduit
  • 3 megaphones including one set of spare batteries
  • 3 drums, open at the bottom or visible, including one set of drumsticks per drum

  • The material checks will not take place in a separate area. The checks will be visible at all times, and groups will not be separated. Flags, etc., can be unfurled before security begins the check. Large waving flags may obstruct visibility in the away section. Security will not intervene there. The SSV officials assume that the section will organise itself to ensure visibility for all away fans.
