Fundamentally important for everyone:

  • There are still a few tickets available in the home section (Ticketshop) and at the ticket office at the guest entrance.
  • Wearing fan paraphernalia of the visiting team is not permitted in the home section on the opposite stand and the south stand.
  • Furthermore, the security service and the organiser are entitled to assign visiting fans a different seat in order to separate fans.

Stadium opening and kick-off time

Kick-off is at 1:30pm. The stadium opens 90 minutes prior.

The parking garage for away fans opens at 10:30am.

Arrival/Parking/Departure

SV 98 requests that all Lilies fans arrive at the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor early, if possible, using public transport, walking, or cycling. Travel on the RMV (Rhine-Main Transport Association) is included in the ticket price.

Orientation plan (plan with S-centre)

Entry Situation

The stadium has four entrances, which are divided into home and away sections:

  • Home section (north, south and main stand as well as opposite stand): Access via the entrances South-West (Lilienschänke), North-West (Karl-Hess-Platz) and South-East (Traisaer Straße).
  • Guest section (X1 and X2): Access only via the North-East entrance (Böllenfalltorweg).
  • VIP guests: Access via the separate North-West entrance (Karl-Hess-Platz).

Tickets

There are still a few tickets available in the home section (Ticketshop) and at the ticket office at the guest entrance.

  • Upgrading tickets is possible on match day for a corresponding fee at the service point (entrance Böllenfalltorhalle) in front of the stadium.
  • Children aged 5 and under do not need a ticket and can visit the stadium free of charge. Children aged 6 and over require a child’s day ticket.
  • A limited number of referee tickets are available in the home section. These tickets (standing room) will be available at the service point next to the entrance of the Böllenfalltorhalle.
  • Please note that counterfeit tickets or unauthorised access will be reported to the authorities (obtaining services by deception).

Guest Fans

Arrival
  • Coaches: Parking lot P7 via Klappacher Straße/Böllenfalltorweg.
  • Cars and minibuses (up to 2m height): Can access the public parking garage P8 of TU Darmstadt via Heinrichstraße/Eugen-Kogon-Straße.

Parking fees in parking lots P7 (guest buses) and P8 (cars, minibuses up to 2m) are payable in cash.

• Coaches on P7: €25

• Minibuses on P7: €10

Please be sure to read the detailed instructions Arrival Information and only use the „North-East“ entrance on Böllenfalltorweg.

Coaches should contact our fan support team in advance to receive directions.

Arrival by Deutsche Bahn / Shuttle buses:

Arrival by train is via regular Deutsche Bahn trains to Darmstadt Central Station. From there, change to the VIAS Odenwaldbahn towards Groß-Umstadt/Wiebelsbach and get off at the TU-Lichtwiese stop. After a walk of approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the away entrance of the stadium. For matches where a large number of away fans are expected to arrive by train, shuttle buses will be available at the main station to take you directly to the stadium (away section) and back to the main station after the match. Please use the WEST exit at the main station (take the stairs up to the gallery from the platform and then turn right to the exit). The shuttle buses will be waiting at Europaplatz, located directly in front of the station.

Refrain from throwing cups and objects!

During recent matches, we have observed an increasing number of cups being thrown, and as a result, we will not only receive penalties from the DFB (German Football Association) sports court but have also had to issue numerous nationwide stadium bans of up to two years.

Please refrain from throwing objects! You are endangering others and committing dangerous bodily harm under Section 224 of the German Criminal Code. It is irrelevant whether someone is actually hit and injured by the cup.

Cannabis use remains prohibited

The consumption of cannabis remains prohibited under current legislation (prohibition in sports facilities).

Away fans in home sections

Based on recent experiences, SV 98 would like to draw your attention to the following rules and precautions that apply to this match:

Wearing away team merchandise is not permitted in the areas of the opposite stand (blocks G1-G3, A, O2-O4) and the south stand.

The club, the police, and the stadium management are authorised to deny away fans access to these areas, even if they possess a valid ticket, and/or to remove them from these areas and, if sufficient space is available, to take them to the away section of the stadium. If no other suitable seat can be offered, the away fan in question may be removed from the stadium or denied entry; in this case, no compensation will be provided.

Theme area full standing room blocks

This match is also expected to see almost full standing room. SV 98 therefore asks all fans to arrive early and, as soon as the stadium opens, to take up positions as far away from the stairs and block entrances as possible. Under no circumstances should fans stand on the stairs or directly in the entrance area. Your friends in your block may not be able to get into the stands or leave safely – regardless of medical assistance. We can only succeed together!

Experience shows that there are usually still gaps in the lower rows and on the outer edges of the blocks, while there is a bottleneck at the block entrance at kickoff. Furthermore, fewer standing tickets were sold than permitted. Nevertheless, everyone’s cooperation is needed to ensure a pleasant experience for all fans.

The Weather Forecast

Temperatures of around 8 degrees Celsius are expected in Darmstadt under cloudy skies. The probability of precipitation is 10 percent.

Left hook, 'One hundred and eightyyyyyyy', and hand over the baton. Doesn't sound like football – and that's true. KSC is often associated with professional football, but with the sheer number of titles the club has won, it's worth looking beyond the pitch. Titles from Baden-Württemberg to Rome.

Bölle-Energy

As Florian Kohfeldt approached the team's dressing room at halftime, the Darmstadt head coach heard exactly one sentence: "It's not finished." Fraser Hornby had uttered it, setting the tone for his teammates and himself. What followed was a remarkable second half from Darmstadt 98 and a point against SV Elversberg, a point that, while likely insufficient for their promotion hopes in southern Hesse, nonetheless filled the Darmstadt fans with pride.
