Fan Information for the Home Game Against Magdeburg

On Saturday (31.10.2026/1pm), SV 98 asks you to take note of the following information for the upcoming home game.

Since the start of the season, we have offered women-only entrances at the western entrances. Additionally, there is a Bölle Bande family entrance with easier access at the Karl-Hess-Platz entrance.

Furthermore, the new bicycle parking spaces on Nieder-Ramstädter Straße (adjacent to the training pitch) are now available. Please note that locking bicycles to barriers, doors, and gates is not permitted, and bicycles may be removed if necessary.

Fundamentally important for everyone:

  • Tickets are still available for both the home and away sections (ticket office for Block X2).

  • Away fans (blocks X1, X2 and Y) must use the North-East entrance (Böllenfalltorweg) and present their printed ticket.
  • Wearing fan paraphernalia of the visiting team is not permitted in the home area on the opposite stand (A, O2 – O4 & G1 – G3) and the south stand.

Stadium opening and kick-off time

Kick-off is at 1pm. Stadium gates open 90 minutes prior.

The parking garage and bus parking area for away fans open at 10am.

Arrival/Parking/Departure

The RMV combined ticket remains included free of charge with the stadium ticket. However, day tickets and digital WirLilien tickets will now require a separate digital request before each home game. All information about the new procedure can be found here (RMV combined ticket: New request procedure for day tickets and digital WirLilien tickets – SV Darmstadt 1898 e.V.)

SV 98 requests that all Lilies fans arrive at the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor as early as possible, using public transport, walking, or cycling. Travel on the RMV (Rhine-Main Transport Association) is included in the ticket price.

Orientation plan

Entry Situation

The stadium has four entrances, which are divided into home and away sections:

  • Home section (north, south and main stand as well as opposite stand): Access via the entrances South-West (Lilienschänke), North-West (Karl-Hess-Platz) and South-East (Traisaer Straße).
  • Guest section (X1 and X2): Access only via the North-East entrance (Böllenfalltorweg)
  • VIP guests: Access via the separate North-West entrance (Karl-Hess-Platz).

New features for the 2026/2027 season:

  • Women’s Entrances: Separate women’s entrances are available at the southwest entrance „Lilienschänke“ and the northwest entrance „Karl-Hess-Platz.“ These are marked with beach flags. We kindly ask all female visitors to use these entrances whenever possible. Of course, the mixed entrances can still be used. However, this may lead to longer waiting times at the southwest entrance.
  • Bölle Bande Family Entrance: The Bölle Bande Family Entrance is located at the North-West entrance („Karl-Hess-Platz“). This entrance is specifically for families with children up to and including 13 years of age. Membership in the Bölle Bande is not required. To ensure families with children have the most pleasant stadium visit possible, a separate control lane with a family-friendly and stress-free entry process is available here. This entrance is also marked with a beach flag. Details can be found here: With Children at the Stadium – SV Darmstadt 1898 e.V.

Tickets

  • Upgrading tickets is possible on match day for a corresponding fee at the service point (entrance Böllenfalltorhalle) in front of the stadium.
  • Children aged 5 and under do not need a ticket and can visit the stadium free of charge. Children aged 6 and over require a child’s day ticket.
  • A limited number of referee tickets are available in the home section. These tickets (standing room) will be available at the service point next to the entrance of the Böllenfalltorhalle.
  • Please note that counterfeit tickets and unauthorised entry will be reported to the authorities.

Florian Kleinhansl couldn't help but chuckle when asked about the statistics from the previous cup match after the game. "For us, only one statistic mattered today. And we won that one," said the 26-year-old after SV 98's surprising 2-0 victory against the eighth-placed Bundesliga team. It was a coup that demanded a lot from the Lilies. The hosts recorded 18 corners, 26 shots on goal, and 74 percent possession. And yet, in the end, an away win for the team from southern Hesse was displayed on the scoreboard in Saarland.
