On Friday evening (October 18th/6:30pm) SV Darmstadt 98 will host 1. FC Köln and asks you to pay attention to the following information. Please note in particular the extensive restrictions on road traffic due to the closure of Nieder-Ramstädter Straße between Herdweg and Poepperlingweg.
The game starts at 6:30pm. Stadium opening 90 minutes before.
The parking garage for away fans opens at 3:30pm.
If possible, SV 98 asks all Lilien fans to come to the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor early and by public transport, on foot or by bike. The journey with the RMV is included in the ticket price.
Due to the closure of Nieder-Ramstädter Straße between Herdweg and Poepperlingweg, we expressly recommend going to the multi-storey car parks or parking spaces in the city center or neighboring towns and continuing from there by bus and train.

During the last season we noticed an increase in the throwing of cups and as a result we not only received penalties from the DFB sports court for this, but also had to issue numerous nationwide stadium bans.
Please refrain from throwing objects! You are endangering other people and committing dangerous bodily harm in accordance with Section 224 of the Criminal Code. It doesn’t matter whether someone is actually hit and injured with the cup.
The consumption of cannabis is still prohibited based on the current legal situation (ban in sports facilities).
Based on recent experiences, SV 98 would like to draw attention to the following regulations and precautions that apply to this game:
Carrying visiting team fan paraphernalia is not permitted in the areas of the back straight (blocks G1-G3, O1-O4) and the south stand (S1 and S2). The club, the police and the stewards are entitled to refuse access to these areas to away fans, even if they are in possession of a valid ticket, and/or to expel these people from these areas and, if there is still enough space, in to the guest area of the stadium. If no other suitable seat can be offered, the away fan concerned may be expelled from the stadium or denied access to the stadium; In this case there is no right to compensation.
SV 98 generally welcomes members using their right of first refusal to make people in their personal environment happy. For the future, however, he would like to point out that passing it on to fans of the visiting club can always be associated with potential security risks or even a reduction in the home advantage of the Lilies – you should not assume that you are the only Lilies fan who is doing others a favour.
The (profitable) resale of tickets is completely unacceptable, regardless of the means. If this becomes known, the ticket will be blocked immediately, the ticket will therefore become worthless for the buyer and there will be no claims for reimbursement. The SV 98 reserves the right to take further measures, such as blocking the season ticket, withdrawing membership or banning you from entering the premises. Instead, if you are unable to attend, you can use your own ticket exchange on sv98.de.
SV 98 is obliged to provide the visiting club with up to 100 tickets from the best category (main stand). Sales are the responsibility of the visiting club.
For this game, too, it is to be expected that the standing areas will be completely filled to capacity. SV 98 therefore asks all fans to arrive early and to occupy seats as far away from the stairs and block entrances as possible from the moment the stadium opens. Under no circumstances should fans stand on the stairs or directly in the entrance. As a result, your friends in your block may not be able to get into the stands or, regardless of medical service operations, not be able to leave them without worry. It only works together!
Experience has shown that there are still gaps, particularly in the lower rows or the outer areas of the blocks, while there is a build-up at the block entrance at the start of the game. Furthermore, fewer standing room tickets were sold than would have been permitted. Nevertheless, everyone’s support is needed to ensure a pleasant stay for all fans.
It is expected to be around 15 degrees with cloudy skies in Darmstadt. There is currently no rain forecast for the weather during the game.

The second consecutive away game, and the last of the season, is upon us. Once again on a Sunday (May 10th, 1:30pm), Darmstadt will be playing away – this time against SC Preußen Münster. Everything you need to know for your final away trip of the season to the LVM-Preußenstadion, about three and a half hours away, can be found here in the usual fan information section.
There's a lot going on at the Bölle. The 98th Darmstadt baby of 2026, along with their family, visited the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor, and they weren't the only ones. SV Darmstadt 98 informed all season ticket holders about the season ticket procedure for the 2026/27 season on Wednesday (May 6th) and would also like to share this letter on the club's own website.
Autographs, photos, and personal encounters with the Lilies: You'll have the opportunity to do so on Thursday (May 7th) from 5pm to 6pm. Darmstadt's 2-1 defeat at Karlsruher SC also ended any remaining theoretical hopes the South Hessian club had of finishing the season in the top three. Three points! SV Darmstadt 98's U21 team secured a victory in the Lotto Hessenliga on Saturday afternoon (May 2nd). In their match against Hünfelder SV, the young Lilies overcame an early deficit to clinch a convincing 3-1 win. This result puts the U21 team currently outside the relegation zone. "Our trend is clearly upward," said a delighted U21 coach Sebastian Schmitt.
The successful collaboration between the Hessian Disabled and Rehabilitation Sports Association (HBRS) and SV Darmstadt 98 will continue long-term: Both partners have extended their existing agreement to promote inclusive sports indefinitely. This sends a clear signal for the sustainable development of inclusion and disability sports in Hesse.
A bitter end in Karlsruhe: After 90 entertaining minutes in which both teams sought salvation in attack, Darmstadt suffered a narrow defeat. The final score was 2-1 after a late goal from the home side, following Isac Lidberg's earlier equaliser. After the match, the players were particularly frustrated with the missed opportunities in the first half.
The away form continues to be poor: SV 98 suffered a 2-1 (0-0) defeat against Karlsruher SC. Lidberg scored the equaliser for the team from southern Hesse in the 70th minute.
Darmstadt 98 visit Karlsruher SC on matchday 32 (May 3rd, 1:30 PM). Florian Kohfeldt has made five changes to his starting lineup. Killian Corredor replaces the injured Fraser Hornby, Aleksandar Vukotic comes in for the suspended Patric Pfeiffer, and Fabian Holland starts in place of Matej Maglica, who is sidelined with an ankle injury. Merveille Papela and Niklas Schmidt also join the team, replacing Sergio Lopez and Yosuke Furukawa. In addition to Hornby, Pfeiffer, and Maglica, Darmstadt will also be without the injured Matthias Bader, Fabian Nürnberger, and Luca Marseiler.

Continuity in sporting management: SV Darmstadt 98 has extended Paul Fernie's contract early and for the long term. As part of the contract extension, the current sporting director will move into the club's management board and will now serve as managing director of sport.
